How do I place an order for a customised item?
Many of our hand made items can be customised, from choosing a fairy with a certain colour scheme to choosing a hanging ribbon colour on a wreath, all requests will be accommodated where possible. Please get in touch via phone, email, or social media private message to place these orders.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to ship all orders of in-stock items by the next working day. Changes to this will be clearly displayed on our website using a banner so you can see this before choosing to shop. As you can appreciate, with our store being family run sometimes we may need a little extra time which will be clear from the outset.
Orders including customised items will have a longer lead time of 2-4 working days so your items can be made as requested.
Do you ship internationally?
As we currently ship using Royal Mail Tracked services the countries included in this service with the fastest shipping are Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Swizerland. For any other international deliveries please get in touch for a quote.
How are you working to be eco friendly?
Where possible our packaging is recyclable, the parcel tape we use is kraft and recyclable, we use paper envelopes rather than plastic bags in our packaging, we use only raffia paper ribbon in packaging and we also use postage boxes made from cardboard rather than plastic postal bags.
