All parcels will be shipped using a signed for service to cover both ourselves and the customer. Parcels tend to be small parcel size however some of our smaller items may be shipped as a large letter, such as a single quilling kit. This will be calculated during check out based on the items included in your order.

Only faulty items can be refunded or repaired as items are hand-made or custom made (personalised). However we will strive to resolve any problems with products, including items misplaced in transit, as signed for post options are always used. If we have made a mistake with your order please email to arrange a return. If we are at fault return postage will be refunded.
